BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, June 17, 2025 - Banco Macro S.A. (NYSE: BMA) has priced an offering of US$400 million of its Notes due 2029. These Notes will accrue interest at a fixed annual rate of 8.000% until June 23, 2029. This offering is part of a broader financing program that allows Banco Macro to issue up to US$1,500 million in aggregate principal amount of debt securities.
Usage of Proceeds
Banco Macro plans to utilize the net proceeds from this offering in compliance with various Argentine regulations. The funds may be directed towards:
- Repayment or refinancing of existing indebtedness (up to 100% of the principal amount of Notes issued).
- Investments in fixed assets within Argentina.
- Working capital needs in Argentina.
- Acquisition of local companies or businesses.
